Welcome to StudioForge. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. StudioForge provides marketing, CRM, and operational tools designed specifically for handmade brands and artisans.

2. Account Creation and Security

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content: You retain full ownership of all product descriptions, images, client data, and any other materials you upload or generate using StudioForge. You grant us a limited license solely to process this data to provide the service to you.

Our Service: The StudioForge platform, its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Upload or generate unlawful, offensive, or harmful content.
  • Spam or harass your patrons through the CRM and messaging features.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or hack the platform's infrastructure.

5. Payment and Subscriptions

StudioForge is billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis depending on your plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time. There are no refunds for partial months of service.

6. Limitation of Liability

StudioForge is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the continuous availability of the platform. In no event shall StudioForge be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via the platform or email.
